Terms and Conditions
- A deposit of $100 is payable at the time of booking the party date to confirm your booking. This will be deducted from your balance payable on the day.
- Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancel 7-14 days prior to the event- refund of 50% deposit,
- Cancel less than 7 days prior- deposit will not be refunded
- Final payment must be on the day of the event. We accept only cash, or Bank Transfer. If by bank transfer payment must be cleared 3 days prior to the event
- PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE EFTPOS OR CREDIT CARD FACILITIES
- A 50% deposit on catering costs to be paid 7 days prior to the event with the balance payable on the day
- Any parking costs incurred by our staff for your party will be charges to the host and payable on the day of your event
- A Travel fee will be quoted prior to the confirmation of booking and will be added to the final cost.
