Terms and Conditions

1. A deposit of $100 is payable at the time of booking the party date to confirm your booking. This will be deducted from your balance payable on the day.
2. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Cancel 7-14 days prior to the event- refund of 50% deposit,
2. Cancel less than 7 days prior- deposit will not be refunded
3. Final payment must be on the day of the event. We accept only cash, or Bank Transfer. If by bank transfer payment must be cleared 3 days prior to the event
4. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE EFTPOS OR CREDIT CARD FACILITIES
5. A 50% deposit on catering costs to be paid 7 days prior to the event with the balance payable on the day
6. Any parking costs incurred by our staff for your party will be charges to the host and payable on the day of your event
7. A Travel fee will be quoted prior to the confirmation of booking and will be added to the final cost.
